You can collect your package by presenting your order confirmation at the designated distribution center listed on our website. Distribution will begin one week before the event and will be available until the day before the event. Specific locations and times for package pickup will be communicated via email to all package holders and will also be available on our website and social media pages. Please ensure to pick up your package in advance to avoid long wait times closer to the event day.
